Good, especially for a Made-in-India phone. The Dimensity 8350 is a capable mid-range chip, the 1.5K AMOLED display is excellent for the price, UFS 4.0 storage is premium, and the clean bloatware-free Android experience is a big plus. Main limitations are the small IP64 rating (not fully waterproof), average cameras, and Lava’s limited brand perception vs Realme or Samsung.

Lava Agni 4 uses a 4300mm² VC (Vapour Chamber) Liquid Cooling System combined with a Game Booster Mode. This keeps the Dimensity 8350 chip cool during long gaming sessions and heavy usage.

Lava Agni 4 is confirmed to receive 3 years of Android OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates. It launched on Android 15, so it will receive updates up to Android 18.
