8.0/10
8000 mAh Silicon Carbon
Excellent 8000 mAh battery, sharp 120Hz AMOLED display, IP65 dust and water resistance, 4 years OS and 6 years security updates, expandable storage up to 1TB
225g heavy body, secondary 2MP camera is basic, Wi-Fi 5 only, Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 is not a high-performance chipset
The POCO M8 Power 5G is built around endurance rather than flagship-level performance. Its 8000 mAh Silicon Carbon battery, 120Hz AMOLED display and IP65 protection make it a very practical phone for heavy daily use. Performance from the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 should be comfortably good for normal tasks, although demanding gaming is not its strongest area. The 50MP main camera is useful, but the 2MP secondary camera adds limited value. Overall, it looks like a strong long-lasting mid-range option, especially if its pricing is competitive.
