Xiaomi Redmi 14C Expert View
7.8/10
Powerful Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, Smooth 120Hz refresh rate, Premium Mineral Glass back design, Latest HyperOS with Android 14, Reliable 5G connectivity.
Charging speed is quite slow at 18W, Display resolution is only HD+, Waterdrop notch feels dated.
The Xiaomi Redmi 14C stands out as a high-performance budget 5G smartphone. By integrating the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset at this price point, Xiaomi has prioritized raw speed and efficiency, making it excellent for multitasking and light gaming. The transition to a 120Hz refresh rate on such a large screen ensures a fluid user experience that feels more premium than its cost suggests. While the 18W charging takes time to fuel the 5160mAh battery and the 720p resolution is a slight compromise, the inclusion of a glass back and 5G support makes it a top-tier choice for value seekers. It is a solid, reliable daily driver for those who want 5G on a budget.
