Xiaomi Redmi 15 is focused on users who want a large screen and long battery life at an affordable price. The 6.9-inch display is great for media consumption, and the 144Hz refresh rate adds smoothness to daily usage. The 7000mAh battery easily lasts more than a day, making it ideal for heavy users. However, the LCD panel lacks the punch of AMOLED displays seen in competitors, and performance is just average for gaming. The camera setup is basic, especially the front camera. Main cons: only 33W charging is slow for a 7,000mAh battery, CPU performance is almost identical to older Redmi models (Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 = similar CPU to 4 Gen 2), video recording is limited to 1080p with no 4K support, no ultrawide camera, average low-light photography, and significant bloatware with pre-installed ads — a known Redmi India issue.
